First floor, tea, coffee, water and soda in fridge in hallway. Woollen throws in hallway if you want to sit on front veranda/balcony and watch the sun rise.
- Snacks in your room are free of charge.
- Laundry facilities located in the upstairs hall cupboard, liquid washing solution also available, one capful is enough per load. Iron and ironing board located next to the washer.
- Bedroom Safes can be coded by guests: enter own 4 digit code and lock.
- Netflix is available on your smart TV’s and your channel is the same as your room number, smart TV’s are already connected to the internet.

- Several cycle hire companies, some offer pick up and drop off.
- National Aquarium of New Zealand, conveniently located 100m across the road
- Te Mata Peak, popular lookout, as well as several trails for hikers and mountain bikers.
- Winery tours – we recommend Prinsys tours and Grape Escape as two good options
- Gannet Safaris, along the beach or overland (seasonal).
- Farmers Markets, Napier on Saturday morning, Clive Square, and Hastings Famers Market at the show grounds on Sunday mornings.
